As an IT Intern you will be supporting our staff as we build the next generation of satellites to connect the world. We have a diverse technical environment including Windows, Linux, and MacOS systems where you will have the opportunity to help participate in improving processes related to inventory management, onboarding, and offboarding. We are looking for someone who wants to get things done, and is excited to take on new challenges. One of your first projects will be assisting in overhauling our current inventory management system and helping document new processes and procedures that you will be involved in defining and implementing. Role Assist with support tickets and escalate as needed Assist with large projects Set up and deploy equipment such as laptops, desktops, tablets, and peripherals Help with inventory management Onboarding and offboarding Account management, troubleshooting, and password resets Requirements Understands basic troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with Active Directory, Okta, Google or similar Familiarity with deploying systems in virtual or physical environments  Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and/or MacOS Able to perform duties autonomously without much supervision Don’t meet all the requirements? Please apply anyway Bonus Familiarity with writing and/or maintaining scripts written in bash and powershell Basic working knowledge of networking Familiarity with AWS Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Familiarity with MacOS Familiarity with Ansible Comfortable with replacing hardware in laptops and desktops The base pay for this position is 26.50/hr.
