Ready. Set. Hire. The Astranis Recruitment team is seeking a Recruitment Operations Analyst Intern that wants to make a difference in our rapidly scaling startup on a mission to connect billions with next generation satellites!
Our HQ and organization resides in San Francisco, the most competitive and contested talent hubs in the world, so hiring takes a world class recruitment team! As a Recruitment Operations Analyst Associate, you’d be responsible for analyzing our data and developing strategies to optimize both our hiring processes and the candidate experience.
Role:
Oversee routine recruitment reporting for all internal stakeholders
Analyze and develop data driven strategies, optimization recommendations for recruiters
Develop creative sourcing campaigns or engagement strategies
Document and update standard operating procedures
Audit/upgrade job descriptions for gender neutrality, clarity, and (appeal)
Participate in recruiting events
Ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
Basic algebra and statistics
Someone who is a quick learner
Someone who cares about doing an amazing job
Person who can’t leave text messages unread
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Experience with project management and demonstrated success in multi-tasking
Service-oriented with strong professionalism when communicating
Extremely detail-oriented and responsive on Gmail and Slack
Bonus
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Experience building data visualization dashboards
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS)
The base pay for this position is $26.50 per hour.
