Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. The Sr. HR Generalist is part of the exciting growth at Archer. This is an opportunity to  build upon the foundation and establish sound processes and policies for Archer.  This role is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle of the employees of Archer Brasil along with ensuring operational excellence and compliance. Responsibilities: Management of all HR activities and regular business operations to ensure consistent  compliance with Brazilian laws and regulations; adjusting to changes when required Supports recruiting activities by collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for headcount needs. Conducts and tracks background checks, medical examinations, and employee eligibility verifications. Executes new hire orientation and implements employee recognition programs. Ensures HR Programs are maintained and executed, including: compensation, benefits, and leave; employee relations matters; investigations; performance and talent management; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants and all Brazil employees; referring complex and/or sensitive matters to management; escalating issues immediately  Supports and coaches managers with performance management situations, including investigations and terminations Responsible for regular payroll processing and operations, ensuring the accuracy of record keeping and processing employee time sheets Acts as Archer Brazil’s CIPA member and ensuring training  Work with external vendors  May perform other job duties as assigned or required projects arise What you'll need: 5+ years Human Resource management experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required Bilingual in English and Portuguese; both verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Lida com questões relacionadas ao emprego de candidatos e todos os funcionários do Brasil; encaminhar assuntos complexos e/ou delicados à administração; escalar problemas imediatamente Apoia e treina os gerentes em situações de gerenciamento de desempenho, incluindo investigações e rescisões Responsável pelo processamento e operações regulares da folha de pagamento, garantindo a precisão da manutenção de registros e processamento das folhas de ponto dos funcionários Atua como membro da CIPA da Archer Brasil e garante treinamento Pode desempenhar outras funções de trabalho conforme designado ou surgirem projetos necessários Habilidades Necessárias: 5+ anos de experiência em gestão de Recursos Humanos é preferencial. Necessário graduação em Recursos Humanos, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas Bilíngue em inglês e português; habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita Fortes habilidades organizacionais e de planejamento com forte atenção aos detalhes Excelentes habilidades de gerenciamento de tempo com capacidade comprovada de cumprir prazos Capacidade de agir com integridade, profissionalismo e confidencialidade. Conhecimento profundo das leis e regulamentos trabalhistas. Proficiência ou capacidade de aprender rapidamente os sistemas de gestão de talentos e HRIS da organização.
