Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What you’ll do:
Lead support & training to user community for the PLM applications engineering team
Oversee the development, maintenance, and deployment of training and support materials (documentation, videos, presentations, etc) for Teamcenter solutions
Follow an agile PLM development process to perform triage and prioritize Teamcenter user support & feedback
Support the applications engineering team in developing Archer’s Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management system and integrations (ALM, MCAD, ECAD, wiring harness CAD, supplier portal, ERP, MES, O&M, etc)
Work with key engineering team stakeholders to develop Teamcenter processes and KPIs
What you need:
7+ years of experience with Teamcenter and Active Workspace (at least 3 years) end user support and working on L1/L2 support tickets
Experience with troubleshooting Teamcenter & NX errors
Experience working in an agile development methodology
Windows and Linux server administration experience
Experience managing source code and files with git
Experience working with windows batch, shell/bash, HTML, and XML
Strong communication skills for interfacing with the broader engineering, manufacturing, and business teams, vendors, partners, customers and the IT community
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience performing L3 support for Teamcenter and Active Workspace
Experience with design engineering and configuration management processes (including change management)
Experience with business process development & continuous improvement
Experience with SAE-EIA-649C and ARP4754A processes or equivalent
Experience with manufacturing and flight operations business processes
Programming experience: Python, PowerShell, C++ ITK customization (workflow handlers, etc.)
Experience with shell scripting in Linux/Unix environments

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $112,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
