What you’ll do: Oversee the development, maintenance, and deployment of a testing strategy for Archer’s Teamcenter solutions Lead the PLM application engineers in developing test artifacts (test plans, test cases, test data) for Teamcenter solutions Coordinate with the Product Lifecycle Engineering (PLE) DevOps team to develop and integrate automated testing in Teamcenter CI/CD pipelines Facilitate the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) of Teamcenter solutions with key engineering team stakeholders Guide the development process of Teamcenter to incorporate best practices for testing solutions for the Teamcenter application and required integrations (ALM, MCAD, ECAD, wiring harness CAD, supplier portal, ERP, MES, O&M) Work with engineering leadership to develop processes, dashboards, and reports that measure KPIs related to Teamcenter testing and quality Follow an agile PLM development process to administer, configure, and customize Teamcenter solution testing artifacts What you need: 7+ years of experience with Teamcenter and Active Workspace (at least 3 years) in the following areas: manual testing, automated testing, quality assurance Experience with troubleshooting Teamcenter errors Experience with design engineering and configuration management processes (including change management) Experience working in an agile development methodology Windows and Linux server administration experience Experience with git Programming experience: Python, PowerShell, windows batch, bash/shell scripting, Javascript, etc. Experience working with and manipulating HTML and XML Strong communication skills for interfacing with the broader engineering, manufacturing, and business teams, vendors, partners, customers and the IT community Bonus Qualifications: Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, AutoIT, etc. Experience with Teamcenter performance testing and Teamcenter performance journals Experience with testing Teamcenter and Active Workspace in the following areas: BMIDE, workflows, stylesheets, structure manager, change manager, visualization, dispatcher, classification, access manager, organization, indexer/full text search, performance journaling, admin console Experience working with Polarion for requirements and test management Experience with testing Teamcenter-CAD integrations (MCAD, ECAD, wiring harness CAD) Experience with business process development & continuous improvement Experience with SAE-EIA-649C and ARP4754A processes or equivalent Experience with manufacturing and flight operations business processes At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $112,000 - $140,000.  Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
