AgentSync is growing! The AgentSync team is building out highly dynamic, modern applications which will allow us to scale effectively and expand our offerings. Our engineering team is growing rapidly and we need to build best-in-class engineering systems, software, and infrastructure while speeding up our time to market.
As a Senior Software Engineering Manager on our APIs teams, you will be responsible for leading technical efforts on many of AgentSync’s most critical APIs and data services that power our core products and customers directly. Working closely with your engineering, product, and program peers, you will translate strategic priorities into concrete plans, efforts, and results. You will be supported by your Director of Engineering and a fantastic group of engineers to create a significant impact on the company and our customers.
What you’ll do:
Mentor, guide, and support the development of best-in-class APIs and services
Deeply understand the strengths and interests of the team to facilitate a strong culture of ownership and innovation
Manage delivery and quality of your products to both internal and external customers
Facilitate best practices in collaboration with your engineers for development, testing, deployment, monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices
Become an expert in your teams’ products and their architecture to provide oversight and guidance to align technical decision making with long-term vision & goals
Be obsessed with measurement and continuous improvement for both engineers and customer value delivered, and develop KPIs, monitor progress continuously and report on milestones and deliverables.
Your experience:
Experience managing software engineering delivery leads/tech leads/engineers
Experience managing multiple agile teams
Previous hands on software engineering experience, preferably with API products
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience and affinity for empowering and enabling your teams to achieve audacious goals
Proven track record of collaborating effectively across engineering, product, and program management
Passion for helping people grow their technical, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience leading fast-moving, fast-growing teams while holding a high standard for quality and operational excellence
Strong desire and ability to adhere to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) best practices
Structured and well-organized work cadence with comfort tackling complexity and ambiguity
A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality

Salary:
In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.
Denver/Boulder Metro
$175,000 - $200,000
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity programs.
