Remote in CA, CO, CT, Washington DC, FL, GA, IL, IA, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work within our Delivery organization across various customer segments to streamline the requirements gaps and set the implementation up for success. You will advise the customer on best practices for the AgentSync offering and how it maps into their environment, driving requirements gathering and facilitating workshops. You will work closely with a cross functional team of Enterprise Architects, Solution Consulting, Solution Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering. We are looking for someone that is passionate about technology, love to dive into the detail and have great interpersonal and communication skills. What you’ll do: As a project team member of the Delivery team, you will facilitate and deliver implementation workshops and document requirement outcomes. These outcomes drive technical upgrade/ implementation tasks for customers.  Guide the customers through the upgrade/implementation process and provide guidance on the everyday use of our product and how it would apply and map to the customer’s environment to suit their specific needs. Participate in designing the software configuration to meet the business process design and application requirements, including scoping and working with Project Management to outline the project plan. Work with other developers, designers, and architects to ensure configuration and custom components meet application requirements and goals. Write well-designed, testable, and efficient implementation requirements, conceptual diagrams, user stories, and success criteria.  Support continuous improvement by investigating and presenting alternatives and technologies for architectural review. Collaborate with the Product team to roll commonly used functionality into the base product.  Work across multiple complex projects simultaneously. Travel to customer sites to drive project kickoff, product demonstrations, requirements gathering, requirements playback, and scoping. Travel 2-3 weeks out of the month, with each week having 2-4 days on-site with the customer team. Your experience: Working in or supporting the insurance / insurtech industry is highly recommended. Proven track record with references implementing multiple projects simultaneously in an unstructured environment.   5+ years of product implementation experience across numerous customers, preferably in various roles. The ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to abstract complex solutions. Work experience implementing Salesforce.com is highly recommended. Structured and well-organized work cadence with comfort in tackling complexity and ambiguity.
