Affirm proudly includes Returnly.  As a Field Operations Manager, you will partner with CS, Sales, and cross-functional leaders to shape and operationalize strategy, and drive decision-making and execution in the field to deliver on Affirm’s business goals. You’ll be responsible for leading multiple cross-functional initiatives and teams that drive value for Affirm’s strategic partnerships. You will leverage strong program management and business operations skills to build, streamline, and scale processes and frameworks that increase efficiency and provide visibility across programs and business segments. You’ll also enjoy solving problems, and be capable of influencing without authority. What you'll need to succeed This role requires a problem-solver and an effective influencer with a high degree of business insight. They need to deeply understand Affirm’s business, merchants, and field teams, and rapidly demonstrate impact and value to the organization. The role requires outstanding relationship building, program management, and organizational management skills. Candidates should thrive in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments, and be able to function highly with little oversight. What You'll Do Implement processes and frameworks to maximize efficiency and enhance data-driven decision-making for XFN initiative intake, prioritization, and delivery, working closely with Affirm’s Strategic Partnerships teams. Assign R&Rs and drive accountability for initiative delivery, monitoring, reporting, and risk management; leverage program management tools such as Google Sheets and Asana. Partner closely with analytics teams to measure the business and advise business leadership on strategy and optimizations. Work with cross-functional leadership to ensure program priorities and resources are aligned with organizational and program OKRs. Identify and flag resource gaps and make recommendations to key leaders on resource alignment and optimization. Lead and facilitate meetings with cross-functional partners and field teams. Facilitate planning processes with field and XFN teams, and simplify initiative execution.  Establish and implement scalable risk management processes for strategic and tactical risks. What We Look For Minimum of 6-8 years of program management or organizational management experience ideally in a tech professional environment.  Demonstrated ability to lead senior cross-functional team members (Director and above), and influence executive decision making. Excellent problem solving skills and ability to draw insights from data and make recommendations. Highly-organized and with high attention to detail.  Able to anticipate risk areas and escalate as necessary.  Able to deliver against timelines, often under pressure. Strong meeting facilitation skills.  Highly adaptable to new and rapidly evolving challenges. Strong written and verbal communication skills. PMP or other project management certification strongly preferred. Experience working closely with CS and/or Sales teams preferred.  Experience with enterprise client management preferred. Experience with business process analysis and/or consulting preferred.   USA Pacific base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $138,800 - $208,200 USA Sapphire base pay range (all other U.S. states): $124,900 - $187,300     Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.   #LI-Remote   Affirm is proud to be a remote-first company!
