We're looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our Strategic Finance team. The group is responsible for informing company strategy, owning planning and budgeting, and performing financial analyses throughout the company. You will have a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and use quantitative insights to drive better decision-making across the whole organization.
What you'll do
Serve as a Finance Business Partner for the Commercial organization, including Revenue, Marketing, and International
Own monthly close and forecast process for the Commercial organization
Drive operational improvements by optimizing and standardizing processes across the team
Partner directly with Commercial leadership to drive headcount and opex resourcing decisions, monthly reporting, and annual planning as well as to support strategic decision making and understand the incremental value proposed investments
Collaborate with FP&A team members to drive company wide strategic projects and process improvements
What we look for
4+ years of experience working in FP&A in a high growth environment
Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (you should be prepared for a case study)
Comfort and familiarity with a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
Experience with Anaplan, Adaptive or similar planning software
USA Pacific base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $138,800 - $208,200
USA Sapphire base pay range (all other U.S. states): $124,900 - $187,300
