Job Requisition ID #25WD93868Position OverviewSr. Manager, Credit/Collections and Accounts Receivable As a member of the global Finance team, the Sr. Manager, Credit/Collections and Accounts Receivable will lead a worldwide team responsible for converting $7 billion USD of accounts receivable to cash annually. This role encompasses ownership of three main functional areas and supports every area of the Autodesk business, including direct customer sales, enterprise customers, channel partners, and unintegrated company annual revenue. This position reports to the Director of CFSAR.Key Responsibilities Credit and Collections (Customer Financial Services)Deliver on AR/cash collection metrics for Senior LeadershipManage credit risk and oversee collections for various business modelsPartner internally for cash forecasting Accounts ReceivableOversee worldwide invoicing, cash application, and audit support for AR-related testing.Drive industry-leading automation rates for cash applicationManage write-offs and bad debt provisioningEnsure compliance with US unclaimed property regulations Technical OperationsLead ongoing process improvements to increase automation and operational efficiencyPromote adoption of AI tools across the teamUtilize SAP S4 and Salesforce; project management experience is a plusGlobal Role ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a global team -help them grow and succeedNavigate diverse business practices across US/Canada, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC (including Japan)Support teams across all time zones—we’re truly worldwideAnalyze and review credit reports and financial statements to make informed decisionsOwn and shape finance policies for credit and AR, including both manual and automated credit extensionsCollaborate across teams to align policies impacting invoice-to-cash processesApply your tax knowledge—VAT, US Sales/Use Tax, and withholding tax/TDSSupport AR operations for a thriving eStore business with $1B annual turnover; experience with Payment Solution Providers is a plusManage key vendor relationships with collection agencies and credit reporting partnersPartner with Revenue Recognition on collectability questions and stay familiar with ASC 606Understand securitization tools like corporate guarantees, bank guarantees, and standby letters of creditNegotiate effectively with distressed debtors and counterpartiesResolve billing disputes and handle high-level customer escalations with confidenceShare team results and insights with Senior Leadership on a regular basisMinimum QualificationsFour-year degree required10 years Plus experience in Credit Collection and Accounts ReceivableSenior-level professional certifications (CCE or CICP) are a plusExperience in the Architectural, Manufacturing, Construction, or Media/Entertainment industries is a plus#LI-AV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
