Relevant year's experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.At least 12 years' experience in a customer-facing B2B role, or equivalent level of education and experienceAbility to assimilate and apply technical knowledgePrior experience in meeting/exceeding sales quotaStrong understanding of a value-based sales approachSignificant experience in managing a pipeline of active dealsAdditional QualificationsThe ideal candidate will also have:Current VMware certificationsPrior experience in a startup organizationStrong background in B2B software solutionsCompensation and BenefitsThe On Target Earnings (OTE) includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents.
