The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software, thrives in a collaborative team environment, takes ownership of long-term projects, and is passionate about fostering cutting-edge technologies.ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring BootBuild dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern web technologies and frameworksImplement Micro Frontends (MFE) to enhance the modularity and scalability of web applicationsMicroservices & High-Throughput ApplicationsArchitect, develop, and optimize microservices-based solutions to support high-throughput and low-latency requirementsEnsure system scalability, performance, and reliability through efficient design patterns and best practicesCloud & ContainerizationDeploy and manage applications in an AWS environment, leveraging AWS services for scalability and resilienceUtilize Kubernetes for container orchestration, ensuring seamless deployment and management of microservicesProduction SupportProvide production support by monitoring live applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of production incidentsCollaborate with operations teams to optimize system performance, minimize downtime, and maintain service reliabilityImplement proactive measures to identify potential issues and enhance system resilienceCollaboration & Agile PracticesWork closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to deliver high-quality softwareParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous process improvementsEmbrace agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous deliveryProblem-Solving & InnovationTroubleshoot complex technical issues and drive innovative solutionsStay up to date with emerging trends and technologies to continuously enhance architecture and application performanceMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)5+ years of professional software development experience with Java and Spring BootProven experience in developing and maintaining microservices-based architecturesHands-on experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) development and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)Solid understanding and practical experience with AWS services and deployment best practicesProficiency with Kubernetes and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, ECS, EKS)Experience in building high-throughput and low-latency systemsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile development practicesPreferred QualificationsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to mentor and lead junior developersExperience with DevOps practices and toolsFamiliarity with additional programming languages and frameworks is a plusPython experience is a plus#LI-SB4Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
