Sales Program Manager

We are looking for a Sales Program Manager for the A&G Sales Operations team in Belgrade.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience5+ years of working experience with sales methodology and sales processes.At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce (strong understanding of Salesforce environments)At least 2 years of experience working with change management and rolling out process workflowsIt would be great if you also had . . .  Working experience with Event planningWhat will you be doing in this role? Guide the sales team through change management initiatives to foster adoption of new processes and tools. Build comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Advise sales leadership on aligning programs with overall business objectives and strategic goals. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize program effectiveness. Plan and manage the creation of sales enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, and training guides. Design effective communication channels across sales teams and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration. Consult with sales representatives to provide ongoing support and coaching to help them achieve their individual and team goals. Execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. About the Team   The Sales Operations team plays a critical role in enabling the sales organization through analytics, systems management, and process improvement. They manage key initiatives such as sales training, change management, and large-scale events like Sales Kick-Offs, while driving projects related to Salesforce and iQuest.
