About the Job As Life360 continues its strong international growth, we're looking for a Creative Director, International to lead creative strategy and execution across our key international markets—UK, Australia, The Netherlands, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, and more. Based in the UK, you'll be both an extension of our US-based Global Creative Team and a key leader in our international marketing team bringing our brand to life in ways that drives outsized growth across our international markets while staying true to our global creative vision. This role is all about balance: as you lead regional creative work you will also be collaborating closely with the broader creative team. You will develop thoughtful and creative ways to balance global brand consistency with local relevancy to ensure Life360 becomes an iconic brand worldwide, while also making sure your creative is ultimately helping the business deliver on its mission to become the number 1 family safety app with the largest member base in the world. You will oversee regional agencies and production partners across multiple markets, manage an in-house brand designer on our UK-based team, and collaborate closely with the International Marketing team as well as the wider Life360 org. This role reports directly into the VP, Brand and Creative with dotted reporting line into the Senior Director, International Marketing. It sits within both the global creative team and the international marketing team and has accountability to both. This role is based in Central London with a hybrid model of remote and in person/office meetings. The UK-based salary range for this position is £109,500 - 128,000 with an additional performance-based cash bonus. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
