This role is critical for maintaining healthy cash flow, minimizing credit risk, and driving process improvements aligned with Global AR organization. This role reports to Senior Accounting Director, APAC, based in Singapore.Job duties include but not limited to: -Leadership & ManagementOversee AR operations across APAC, managing a team of AR managers and specialists based in China, India, Japan, Korea and SingaporeSet performance goals, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company policiesCredit & CollectionsDevelop and implement credit policies for APAC customers in partnership with Global Credit ControlMonitor aging reports, drive collection strategies, and resolve escalated disputesProcess & ComplianceEnsure adherence to SOX, US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirementsPartner with internal audit and compliance teams for periodic reviewsReporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly AR dashboards, DSO metrics, and cash flow forecastsAnalyze trends and recommend strategies to improve working capitalStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Treasury teams to optimize AR processesAct as the regional point of contact for global AR initiativesSystem & AutomationDrive ERP enhancements and automation projects for AR processesEnsure data integrity and timely reconciliationsPreferred Background:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferredMinimum 12 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of APAC markets, tax regulations, and multi-currency transactionsProficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinking with a can-do attitudeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead cross-border teams and manage complexityWe are a company deeply rooted in belonging, promoting an inclusive environment where employees feel valued and empowered to contribute to our mission.
