We’re seeking a Library Software Solution Consultant to help public libraries modernise their operations and enhance patron experiences with our Polaris Library Management System (LMS) and Vega Library Experience suite from Innovative, part of Clarivate. This role combines library expertise with technical knowledge to accelerate sales opportunities and build strong client relationships. Engage libraries through calls, emails, webinars, and newsletters to showcase technical benefits. Attend conferences and client meetings; travel independently as needed. Provide post-sale guidance to ensure full software adoption and create marquee library partners for case studies. Identify and refer new opportunities through industry engagement and relationship-building.
