Job Description:The Tax Manager will be responsible for a wide variety of US and foreign indirect and direct tax compliance and provision processes. This individual will work cross functionally to support tax, working closely with the greater finance, financial planning and analysis, legal, human resources and payroll groups.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to calculation and/or review of the quarterly income tax provision, creation of journal entries for tax accounts, and assistance with and preparation of U.S. Federal and state income tax and other direct and indirect tax compliance. You will work directly with the VP, Global Tax and Global Senior Tax Manager, Planning and Special Projects to facilitate all aspects of tax compliance and accounting for income taxes across IAS’s global tax profileWhat you’ll get to do:Assist with timely preparation of the Company’s quarterly and annual US tax provisionEnsure the timely and accurate filing of Federal and State US Corporate Income Tax ReturnsProactively manage and maintain tax provision and compliance deadlinesPrepare and review tax adjustment reconciliations and tie-out of deferred tax assets/liabilitiesSupport continuous improvements in tax provision processAssist with tax related audits and notices issued by tax authoritiesAddress tax department inquiries from internal and external business partnersAssist and support other team members of the tax function by performing ad hoc tax analyses, analytical support, and assistance with other special projects as neededRemain current on tax law changes and changes in the business activities of the companyEnsure all supporting documents are complete for record keepingYou should apply if you have most of this experience:Someone with excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skillsA high-energy individual with strong work ethicBachelor's (required)Masters of Accounting,Masters of Taxation or JD Tax LLM (Strongly Preferred)CPA (Preferred but not required)Minimum 5+ years working with a professional services firm, public tax advisory firm or in a corporate tax functionSelf-motivated with a sense of integrity and a commitment to constant improvementAble to forge relationships, create and maintain trustSomeone who thrives handling multiple tasks in a deadline driven dynamic environmentSkilled in advanced Excel and digital data manipulationIntacct experience a plus but not requiredIAS Pay Transparency: The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans.
