The Digital UX Designer, Enablement Platforms, will lead the development and execution of digital platform user experience for our sales enablement platform, Mindtickle.In this role, you will help shape the vision, set the design standards, and drive the execution of modern enablement and productivity experiences. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Go to Market Enablement (GTME), Program Management, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure our enablement platforms are deployed in a way that resonates with diverse audiences and accelerates business impact.ResponsibilitiesPlatform DesignSet the design and user experience strategy and standards for GTME’s enablement platform, ensuring consistency, scalability, and creativity to maximize user experience and revenue impactChampion learner-centric platform features to support storytelling principles, ensuring platform experiences are engaging, relevant, and aligns with Autodesk’s brand, tone, and GTM prioritiesCreate and deploy engages experiences, including creation and delivery of graphics, GIFs, and other visual elements to support user engagementCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with enablement program owners, program, industry experts, and regional leaders to translate business needs into compelling digital campaigns and experiences  Partner with platform vendors to ensure successful deployment of feature releasesInnovation & MeasurementInternally champion emerging technologies and modalities (AI simulations, video, social/peer learning, experiential design) to keep enablement fresh and impactfulDevelop and support gamified user experienceDefine success metrics for platform effectiveness, analyze user engagement data, and apply insights to continuously optimize experiencesMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in digital UX design and execution, including digital graphic creationProven track record of leading platform design and execution to deliver large-scale, global digital experiencesExcellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across global, cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsVideo production and editing of shortform content with the purpose of supporting user experienceFamiliarity with digital adoption, gamification, or immersive enablement technologiesDemonstrated ability to balance creativity with operational excellence in a fast-paced environmentWhat We ValueA passion for empowering people through engaging, innovative enablement experiencesThe ability to simplify complexity and make enablement fun, relevant, and actionableLeadership that balances vision, creativity, and execution disciplineLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
