Entrata’s Leasing Center is seeking a Seasonal Leasing Professional who will work from the comforts of their own home. As a part of the Leasing Center team, you will act as a virtual Leasing Professional for apartment communities, residents, and prospective tenants across the nation. You will handle three types of inbound calls: Leasing calls: People looking for pricing and availability information Maintenance calls: Residents who need a work order filled out Resident/Solicitor calls: Those who need a message passed on to the onsite staff Requirements Self Motivation & Dependability: Agents need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. Technical: Ethernet connection with minimum upload/download speeds of 5 Mbps (wireless broadband, satellite internet, and wifi are not permissible) and a surge protector (UL1449) for protection of the company-provided equipment. Home Office: Permanent residency with a quiet, distraction-free, professional environment. A dedicated space with sufficient power supply to take calls where quality will exceed expectations. Availability: MUST be able to attend a MANDATORY 2-3 week virtual training. High school diploma or equivalent GED Must be 18 years old or older Compensation & Perks Starting at $11/hr Sunday shifts are paid an extra $1/hr Full benefits package for full-time and part-time employees All necessary equipment is provided Work Schedule and Location After fulfilling the ‘at home agent’ requirements, your home will become your office. Schedules are very flexible between 7 am and 7 pm any day of the week. Shifts can be as short as 1 hour or as long as 8 hours, up to 40 hours per week. Available Start Dates: June 5th, June 12th, June 19th, June 26th, and July 10th End date of August 31st. If you would like to stay on after August 31, you can apply for regular employment. Available Training Times: 9:00 AM Mountain Time - 4:00 PM Mountain Time (2 week, full-time training) Monday-Friday OR 8:00 AM Mountain Time - 12:00 PM Mountain Time (3 week, part-time training) Monday-Friday OR 1:00 PM Mountain Time - 5:00 PM Mountain Time (3 week, part-time training) Monday-Friday **We are not currently considering agents who reside outside of the state of Utah, Wyoming, Texas, and Idaho** Bonus Incentive Month 1 - $100 bonus Month 2 - $125 bonus Month 3 - $150 bonus Physical Requirements The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
