Job Requisition ID #25WD93495Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team to assist in reviewing, thinking, and planning around new global developments in transfer pricing.  The Transfer Pricing Sr. Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager Transfer Pricing and will be a member of a worldwide finance team that strives to be best-in-class.  This job involves the following:Assist with coordinating end-to-end documentation process, including Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country (CbCR) Reports, in full compliance with local tax regulations and OECD Transfer Pricing GuidelinesEnsure all intercompany transactions are properly documented.Prepare financials and financial analyses to be incorporated within Autodesk's global transfer pricing documentationExecute monthly transfer pricing calculations in collaboration with FP&A, Controllership, Legal, and the Business to ensure accurate and timely implementation of Autodesk's transfer pricing policiesAssist in driving tax digitalization/automation of the transfer pricing functionAssist in the development of data models and dashboards to monitor transfer pricing outcomes and ensure alignment with Autodesk's transfer pricing policiesProvide audit support for transfer pricing issues including preparing responses, gathering supporting documentation and verifying local financialsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; master’s degree, or other post-graduate qualification or professional certification (CA, CPA, CFA) a plus5 plus years of transfer pricing experience, preferably in a multinational software or technology company or a Big Four firmBasic understanding of the US transfer pricing regulations, the OECD Guidelines, and the BEPS Action PlansAs the candidate will work extensively with various technology tools, should show strong proficiency in effectively using computer / technologyStrong communication, analytical, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing environmentA self-starter motivated and able to work independentlyAbility to work collaboratively and to operate cross-functionally #LI-AV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
