The ideal candidate will have foundational programming skills in Python and a keen interest in automation. This role will focus on building and maintaining observability solutions across Splunk, OpenTelemetry (OTel), Dynatrace, and Catchpoint. ResponsibilitiesAutomate repetitive operational tasks using Python and scripting.Innovate to solve complex problems with generative AI driven solutionsSupport the configuration and troubleshooting of monitoring platforms (Splunk, Dynatrace, Catchpoint)Assist in instrumenting services with OpenTelemetry for metrics, logs, and tracesCollaborate with team members to improve monitoring coverage and reliabilityMinimum QualificationsProficiency in Python with basic exposure to automationUnderstanding of monitoring and logging conceptsStrong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn observability toolsQuick learner and good analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications Familiarity with Splunk queries, OTel collectors, or APM tools.
