You will lead the most critical initiatives to expand our registry capabilities, which are used and loved by millions of parents and gift-givers every month. This highly cross-functional and visible role requires strong partnerships with teams like Growth, Shop, and Catalog. You will lead a team of 3+ experienced software engineers across mobile, web, and backend to consistently deliver high-quality features on ambitious timelines. We're looking for an influential and highly technical leader who excels at building and maintaining a culture of excellence and engagement. You will develop productive relationships with our CTO, engineering leaders, product teams, and stakeholders across the business. Your ultimate success will be building an adaptable, high-ownership team that can respond to the diverse challenges ahead. The starting salary range for this role is: US: $204,263 to $245,099 Canada: $210,600 to $263,300 CAD Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
