Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to become an integral part of our Accounting team based in Belgrade.This position plays a key role in managing accounts payable, expense allocations, reconciliations, and supporting various financial processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments2+ years of relevant accounting experience2+ years of working in MS Office, particularly strong capabilities in MS ExcelProficient in English language It would be great if you also have . . .Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or other Finance related majorStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience with NetSuite, OneStream, and Concur is a plusWhat will you be doing in this role?Manage accounts payable invoices through NetSuite, maintain internal records, and forward documentation to the external accountant.Perform monthly cost center allocations and prepare journal entries for import into NetSuite at month-end.Prepare monthly reconciliations in OneStream, ensuring accuracy of balance sheet accounts.Review and approve travel expenses in Concur, collect receipts, and send complete documentation to the external accountant.Analyze accounting positions in local statutory reports and the central financial system to ensure proper alignment.Assist in local statutory audits.Submit monthly reports for salary-related expenses (meal allowances, tips, undocumented transactions, vouchers, etc.).About The TeamThe wider accounting team consists of 30+ colleagues.
