Job Description:As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and growing revenue growth and integration opportunities to advance IAS’ product distribution and coverage of services within social and emerging platforms. IAS has partnerships with the world’s largest platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and Pinterest, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in steering our strategic relationships in order to create value for our advertisers.What you’ll get to do:Own and advocate for new partnership opportunities by developing business cases and structuring commercials that demonstrate positive business impactManage partner relationships from product conceptualization to Go To Market, ensuring IAS deliverables stay on-track and are delivered to the highest standardLead contract negotiations and partner with Legal and Product to secure favorable commercial terms for IASPartner with global commercial and product leadership to define strategy and identify new and existing growth partnership prospects that align with IAS objectives and drive product adoptionPartner with IAS FP&A and Pricing teams to build financial models as they relate to new initiatives and opportunitiesOrganize internal stakeholders across R&D, Product, and Engineering to ensure that execution velocity is acceleratedPartner closely with Commercial, Product, and Product Marketing teams to ensure successful go-to-market launches for new partnerships.You should apply if you have most of this experience:BA/BS degree in related fieldRequired: 8+ years experience in Business Development, Strategy, and/or Partnership Management roles in the Ad Tech sector, with a strong preference for experience working directly with Social PlatformsAbility to comprehend technical detail and concisely articulate to stakeholders in order to influence resourcing decisionsAn ability to create strong, established relationships with decision makers across the advertising technology platform ecosystemProven track record of closing favorable commercial deals.
