If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Responsibilities: Responsible for the demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC productsRationalize demand forecasts and customer demand with Sales and Marketing to determine optimum production plans for on-time delivery and revenue achievementGenerate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product deliveryInterface & Manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders.Interface with engineering and all Business Unit to secure Outsource manufacturing partner capacityManage internal & external business communication on capacity allocationProject and control inventory movement to achieve given DOH target Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any disciplinary or equivalent. Engineering background is advantageMinimum of 10-12 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain planning, production planning or related field in the Semiconductor or EE IndustryExperience defining supply chain processes and implementing best practicesAbility to prepare communication plans to CM, customers, sales or executive managementGood data analysis skill & must hands onExcellent team player & able to lead internal & external business communicationAdvanced knowledge in MS office (Excel) application required.
