We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive in Named Accounts to lead Autodesk’s engagement and growth across large infrastructure projects in EMEA, with a primary focus on the UK market.In this role, you’ll combine strategic industry insight with strong commercial acumen to identify, shape, and win complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities across the transport, energy, utilities, and public sector infrastructure landscape. You will partner with project owners, governments, and major contractors to help define and deliver the digital transformation agenda that underpins next-generation infrastructure delivery.This is a high-impact role for a proven senior seller who can balance strategic influence with strong sales execution — driving measurable growth while positioning Autodesk as a trusted partner across the infrastructure ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesDrive Sales Growth and ExecutionMeet and exceed annual and multi-year revenue targets across the infrastructure sectorIdentify, qualify, and close high-value sales opportunities across large, complex customer environmentsDevelop and execute pursuit and account strategies that align Autodesk’s solutions to customer business outcomesManage full sales cycles — from early opportunity identification through to contract closePartner closely with Named Account and Industry teams to expand Autodesk’s footprint and drive adoptionLead Ecosystem and Mega-Project EngagementEngage early with public sector owners, policy makers, and private consortia to influence project direction and technology standardsDrive Autodesk’s participation in major national and regional infrastructure programs, ensuring our solutions enable successful digital deliveryCollaborate with key ecosystem partners — including engineering firms, contractors, and associations — to scale impact and advocacySupport the establishment of digital delivery mandates, enabling customers to set standards for efficiency and sustainabilityBuild Strategic RelationshipsEstablish trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including government leaders, project owners, and C-suite customersRepresent Autodesk at key industry events, conferences, and policy discussionsAct as a thought leader on digital transformation and the future of infrastructure deliveryCollaborate Across AutodeskWork closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, NA & MM Sales, Marketing and Consulting to align go-to-market executionShare customer insights and market intelligence to inform Autodesk’s regional strategy and investment prioritiesContribute to repeatable sales plays, industry narratives, and best practices that scale across EMEAMinimum Qualifications10+ years of enterprise sales experience within the AECO or infrastructure industryProven record of success in large, complex deal execution across public and private sector environmentsDeep understanding of infrastructure project lifecycles, procurement frameworks, and public-private partnership modelsStrong knowledge of digital design, construction, and asset management processesDemonstrated ability to influence and align ecosystems of stakeholders — from owners and contractors to government bodiesExcellent relationship-building, negotiation, and executive presentation skillsAbility to travel across the UK and EMEA (approximately 30–40%)Preferred QualificationsExperience within transport, rail, road, water, or energy infrastructure sectorsFamiliarity with Autodesk’s digital construction and infrastructure solutions or equivalent technology portfoliosStrategic thinker with exceptional commercial judgment and analytical skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)Proven ability to collaborate effectively across virtual and global teams#LI-LH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
