Job Requisition ID #25WD93147Position OverviewThe Autodesk Identity Access and Management (IAM) team is seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer who is passionate about building efficient, scalable, and elegant solutions to complex technical challenges. As a member of our team, you'll help build and maintain foundational identity services that power 150+ Autodesk desktop, mobile, and web applications, as well as support a growing third-party developer ecosystem. Our services handle authentication, authorization, user profiles, and entitlements for millions of customers daily, making them critical business enablers for Autodesk's success. You'll work with cutting-edge AWS technologies and industry-standard authentication and authorization protocols in a collaborative, agile environment.ResponsibilitiesWork effectively within a self-organized agile team that builds, owns, and operates production servicesContribute to all aspects of service development, including front-end, back-end, DevOps, and quality assuranceParticipate in service operations including monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging, and troubleshootingCollaborate with senior engineers, architects, and product owners to understand requirements and deliver elegant implementationsIdentify and drive continuous improvements to system scalability, reliability, usability, and securityMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience0-3 years of professional software engineering experienceStrong understanding of computer programming fundamentalsProficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Go, Java, or Python)Working knowledge of web services and REST APIsUnderstanding of design patterns and software design paradigmsCommitment to code quality, security, and performanceStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsPassion for continuous learning and adopting industry best practicesSelf-motivated with the ability to take initiative and ownership of projectsExperience with AWS services and cloud infrastructureFront-end development experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with database technologies (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB)Experience with CI/CD practices and toolsStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills across complex, multi-component systems#LI-PW1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
