You will work alongside recruiters and hiring managers to recruit the best talent by providing efficient, accurate and timely support of our offer and hiring processes. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that all our candidates have a great Workday experience. If you have a track record of delivering amazing customer service, are able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-moving environment, then this role and Workday may be a fit for you.About the RoleThe Workday People & Purpose organization enables high performance for Workday by creating remarkable experiences for our employees, candidates, customers and communities we engage with through the people programs and services we deliver. As the company prepares to double in size over the next few years, we are transforming how we deliver services to our employees, including creating a new organization called Workmate Support; focused on providing remarkable service for all Workday employees.About YouPrepare and distribute time-sensitive offer documentationExecute the offer and hiring processes of new and current employeesMaintain recruiting and human resources data in the Workday systemInitiate background checks and track results through third party vendorAudit employee background checks to ensure completionManage and respond to cases in Service Hub aligned to team SLA's.Professional Communication, represent the best of Workday to our candidates and workmatesHandle confidential candidate information with discretionSupport People Operations projects as neededAbout YouBasic Qualifications:At least 2 years of experience in human resources or recruiting functionOther Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentialityExperienced in background check initiation, audit, and adjudicationPossess a positive, “can do,” service-oriented attitude, with excellent follow-through on issuesDemonstrated rockstar customer service and communication skillsSelf-starter with a great work ethicAbility to be resourcefulStrong organizational skills and high level of attention to detailAbility to multi-task and manage time efficiently, experience in a fast-paced high tech environment a plusAbility to communicate professionally in formal emails and cases to candidates and managersWorkday HCM, Recruiting, MS Outlook, MS Excel knowledge, Google suite, background check system experience, or human resources system experience is preferredBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceKnowledge of recruiting processesOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
