nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking. As nCino's Regional Vice President (RVP) you will be responsible for net-new sales of nCino Mortgage Suite to Independent Mortgage Banks and other mortgage industry lenders, driving digital transformation that automates loan origination, enhances borrower experience, and improves operational efficiency while expanding within your territory's existing customer base. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target prospective IMBs and mortgage lenders within your territory seeking to modernize mortgage operationsChallenge prospects to consider nCino Mortgage Suite's cloud-based platform for loan origination and closing automationDrive opportunities through qualification and closure while maintaining pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual sales goalsDevelop strong nCino brand presence by positioning our mortgage solution's workflow automation and digital closing capabilitiesUse consultative approach to identify operational challenges and demonstrate nCino Mortgage productivity gains and efficiency improvementsManage complex sales cycles by mapping decision-making processes, compressing timelines, and closing businessIdentify prospect "mobilizers" and build consensus among loan officers, operations managers, and IT leadersWork with inside sales and marketing to drive consistent messaging around mortgage digital transformationExpand nCino presence with existing clients through relationship management and Customer Success partnershipSell newly released nCino Mortgage products and enhancements to existing customersQualificationsRequired:Must be located in CaliforniaExperience working with Independent Mortgage BanksBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience4+ years of experience or combination experience, education, & superior performanceStrong professional background with consistent record of excellenceDemonstrated ability to challenge executive decision makers, build consensus with client executives, and sell to the C-suiteStrong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication ability; able to demonstrate software solutions onsite with client or via virtual meetingsHistory of success in collaborative work environment; demonstrable ability to partner with nCino team members from product, sales, professional services, support, finance and others as required to accomplish sales goals and customer successAbility to travel to client locations within the United States as required to accomplish and exceed goals Desired:Mortgage experienceGraduate degree and/or other certificationsFlexible problem-solver who will thrive in nCino’s fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environmentOrganized, efficient, and able to maintain high level of production while also demonstrating process and administrative excellenceTravel RequirementsRequires up to 30% travel, if based in California If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement.
