Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, Polaris

We are looking for Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Polaris software development team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to help positively grow, support, and reshape our application functionally.About you 2+ years of experience in quality assurance2+ years of experience testing modern web applicationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or EngineeringProficiency in EnglishIt would be great if you also had1+ year of experience in SeleniumStrong understanding of QA principles, methods, and processes.Excellent documentation and writing skills.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to collaboratively work in an Agile team environment.What will you be doing in this role?Design, implement, execute, and debug/fix manual tests of moderate complexity. Identify risk and develop and implement mitigation plans under general supervision. Configure regression framework to run against different instances. Estimate effort required for given story or task. Provide inputs and escalate issues in bug triage meetings and coordinate with development team. Use developing skills to conduct root cause analysis, escalating significantly complex issues as necessary.  Provide support and mentorship to team members. Product you will be developing We build the future of library services so that libraries can measurably streamline staff workflows, reduce systems overhead, and improve patron services.
