Job Requisition ID #25WD92621Position OverviewAre you a dynamic Senior Program Manager with a passion for operational excellence and seamless project execution? Join Autodesk’s Platform team within the Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions (PDMS) organization. Our team defines and builds the software platform that the Fusion family of products is built upon. Our mission is to drive developer productivity, device independence and a consist user experience. We are on a multi-year journey to disrupt the Design to Manufacture world with Fusion by delivering un-precented value and converging workflows with cloud-based technology. We are rapidly combining many world-leading technologies and teams into the Fusion family. Reporting to the Director, Platform Programs, the Senior Program Manager will help our Platform teams deliver our vision with high transparency and efficiency by providing strong program leadership, improving processes and championing agile practices. You are flexible, driven, and enthusiastic about helping program teams through challenging, innovative, and high-impact initiatives at the intersection of design, manufacturing, trust, and generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) with determination and inquisitiveness. You will act as a catalyst for change, be an articulate communicator, navigate uncertainty with ease, and fervent about helping teams recognize and accomplish their objectives.ResponsibilitiesProvide hands on, end-to-end, management of concurrently running programs that vary in size and scopeEffectively collaborate with cross-functional team members consisting of business (e.g., Product Managers) and technical stakeholders (e.g., Technical Program Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, etc.) to identify key objectives and milestonesBuild and maintain clear plans that provide stakeholders visibility into program healthIdentify and coordinate interdependencies across multiple programsProvide strong oversight and support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure teams are progressing towards milestone targetsProactively manage risks and inform stakeholders of potential impactsLead initiative and program-level status meetingsRegularly and reliably communicate project progress to stakeholders within and outside of the program teamsRecognize process gaps or inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements that will increase efficiency and accuracyAdminister project tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, etc.), control workflows, lead integrations with other projects and utilize AI to increase process efficiencyCollaborate using tools such as Slack, Confluence, etc.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management Comfortable working in a flexible (hybrid or remote) work environmentExtensive experience working with business and technical stakeholders on complex programs involving multiple software engineering teams that utilize Agile methodologiesBrings structure to complex programs through disciplined processesAdept at using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, etc.) and AI to scale programsDesire to continue to learn and challenge yourselfAble to travel as required (less than 25%)Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
