Job Requisition ID #25WD92330Position OverviewAs a Senior Implementation Consultant, your strong industry knowledge will help our customers to get the best out of their Autodesk AEC products, put innovative solutions into real world practice. You will analyze existing workflows and processes in the context of the customer’s business and project goals. Working with key business unit stakeholders and project teams, you will assist in defining new workflows, configuring software, enabling teams, and mentoring mega project teams to ensure successful implementation. By documenting your engagement and applying a “train-the-trainer” approach, you will help our customers scale impactful solutions across their organization to achieve meaningful business results.ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of existing workflows and processes, Hands on experience on projects with Electronic Document Management SystemKnowledge and experience on Autodesk products like BIM 360, ACC, Construction Management, Cost Management and application of industry standards like ISO19650Hands on experience in estimation and tendering, quantity takeoff and progress monitoringProcess definition, planning, and implementation of new technologies and workflowsProvide coaching, change management to customers (external & partnersProvides innovative solutions to meet customer and industry challenges based on Autodesk product solutionsLead implementation consulting engagements with customersApply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflowsGuide customers in the best application of Autodesk products; define and document detailed use casesConfigure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirementsDefine migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk productsCollaborates with customers (external), partners and internal stakeholders consulting groups (internal) to resolve technical issuesProvide coaching and mentoring to customers to drive adoption and consumptionProvide coaching and mentoring to partners to enable the scalable delivery of packages service offeringsProvide input to sales and proposal presentations and identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organizationContributes task estimation and task description in Scopes of Work as well as scope clarification with customersTravel up to 50%Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineeringKnowledge of Autodesk products like Revit, BIM 360/ACC Build, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, Cost management etc.Hands on experience with construction project management and schedulingIndustry experience: Infrastructure, Building, ConstructionMinimum 8 years+ relevant experience (although the preference would be for 10 years)Preferred QualificationsExperience with ACC, BIM 360, Building Connected, or other products of Autodesk’s Portfolio is a plusConstruction industry experience with a general contractor or subcontractor projects including onsite processesSome experience in consulting, client solutions, services, or similar experienceBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related degree.
