This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about developing talent, driving performance, and creating an inclusive team culture.As a key member of the Inside Sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, improving the customer experience, and enabling your team’s continued professional growth. You’ll report directly to the Inside Sales Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver impactful results.Your primary focus will be on leading your team to over-achieve sales targets, excel in customer satisfaction, and reach new heights of professional development.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Sales RepresentativesDrive the team to consistently exceed sales objectivesFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementMonitor and report on sales performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-makingChampion a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environmentMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a tech-driven environmentProven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and leading high-performing teamsExcellent communication, coaching, and organizational skillsFluency in English and GermanExperience in technology or SaaS sales is a strong plusWhat's Next?
