Infrastructure Engineer

We have a great skill set in routing, switching, troubleshooting, and network device management, and would love to speak with you if you are looking for an opportunity to continue building on your skillset and gain exposure in infrastructure networking within a global organization.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant, equivalent work experience2+ years of experience in Cisco networking and IT support2+ years of experience with Cisco networking concepts, such as routing and switching, network security, cisco technologies, etc.It would be great if you also have:CCNA CertificationExposure to F5 load balancers and Palo Alto firewallsData center experience including physical wiringWhat will you be doing in this role?Installing and configuring network devicesMonitor the infrastructure and applications, ensuring uptime and performance and resolving errors.Supporting wireless and security infrastructureIntegrate new standards, specifications, and technologies into existing processes and methodologies. Managing and resolving ticketsParticipating in network upgrades and replacementsAbout the TeamOur team consists of a collaborative group of network professionals focused on maintaining and improving enterprise-level infrastructure. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders such as IT support, systems engineers, and security teams. External collaboration may include vendors and service providers. The team is known for its hands-on approach, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous learning.Hours of WorkThis is a full-time, permanent position. Standard working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility based on project needs.
