Job Responsibilities:Update and maintain details of the renewal of clients' IP rights within Clarivate’s IP management systems and communicate with customers and internal teams especially for critical clients/complex tasks involving lapse or financial impact across all parts of the renewal cycle. Review financial reconciliations of accounts for agents covering multiple jurisdictions and the Patent and Trademark office (PTO) deposit accounts. Performing quality checks on tasks performed by team members and share feedback with concerned colleagues, including corrective action when needed. Take responsibility of key process controls and safety net reports to reduce risks of lapses, financial losses, and customer dissatisfaction due to delays on incorrect actions. Analyze lapses reported to identify process gaps, determine mitigation needed, and training needs arising out of these. Lead calls with customer care or clients to explain our processes and suggest solutions to process or client issues. Support completion of all operational activities required for successful renewal of clients’ IP rights via effective work allocation based on skillsets available in the team and monitor completion of urgent tasks. Providing training to new hires on process tasks, activities, and sharing procedure updates in a timely manner along with updating process procedure documents in consultation with team manager. Analyze team quality errors and creating training plans based on training need identification in consultation with team manager Support team manager with reporting activities related to Monthly Business Reviews, financial reporting, daily/weekly reports around work completion, and team KPIs. Lead projects to improve processes and reduce risks in collaboration with team members, manager, and stakeholders. Support ISO audit and SOX compliance related activities, including implementation of steps for any non-conformities or observations. Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and proactively communicate any issues, concerns, or improvements.
