You will work alongside the Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to recruit the best talent by providing efficient, accurate and timely support of our interview processes. You will also play a critical role in ensuring each of our candidates has a great Workday experience. If you have a track record of delivering amazing customer service, can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast moving environment, then this role and Workday may be a fit for youAbout the RoleCoordinate a high volume of recruiting activities including phone, video and panel/onsite interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursementsAct as the main point of contact on the interview process for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, respond to questions and troubleshoot issuesCommunicate professionally at all times, represent the best of Workday to our candidatesMaintain recruiting and human resources data in the Workday system, handle confidential candidate information with discretionBecome an operational expert on Workday Recruiting Interview Management, and have detailed knowledge of how to execute recruiting related transactionsCoordinate & host New Hire Orientation for region as a back upAbout YouBasic QualificationsServe as first point-of-contact for candidates applying to client companyWork with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviewsProvide continuous correspondence to candidates regarding recruitment status via phone and emailArrange travel and accommodations for visiting candidatesUpdate candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hiresCoordinate the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materialsIdentify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiencyAssisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and projects as neededOther QualificationsHR or recruiting experience strongly preferredExceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills requiredHigh attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced, quickly changing environmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools required (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Bachelor's degree requiredOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
