As part of this group you will be part of the team responsible for maintaining identity integrity, account management, and extending our capabilities to non-human objects such as AI Agents, bots, service accounts, etc. We are excited to build this roadmap of features for our customers and are looking for driven people to help us get there. ResponsibilitiesDrive the design, implementation, and deployment of efficient, maintainable, robust microservices to deliver medium-to-high complexity featuresSet a high bar for code/design reviews and fortify the team’s coding/quality standardsAdopt an iterative, continuous improvement approach to ship and deploy product featuresWork in an agile environment, collaborate with peers on designs, technical refinements, code reviews, testing and customer issuesDevelop/adopt testing frameworks, test plans to improve code quality and continuous deliveryContinue to maintain the “We built it, we maintain it” SailPoint cultureParticipate in the product OnCall and TechOps processDevise monitoring capabilities to analyze application behavior and performanceDevelop dashboards, alerts, and logging for our services to proactively monitor, catch, and mitigate potential Staging/Prod impacting issuesLeverage training plans and service leads to quickly ramp-up on ISC product and technical knowledgeAs a member of this backend team, you will focus on feature development and bug support based on the product prioritizationMentor junior members and guide them on technical solutions Requirements8+ years of professional software development experience with a demonstrated record of increasing responsibilitiesBS in Computer Science, or a related fieldFedRamp Capable - SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD): $129,000 - $184,300 - $239,600Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.Benefits Overview1.
