Define and execute development roadmaps aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture.Systems Development & Delivery Oversee design, development, and deployment of internal applications and integrations.Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of systems supporting ITSM, HR, Marketing, and GRC functions. Drive automation, standardization, and modernization of legacy platforms.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and IT Operations to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Governance & Compliance: Ensure systems adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
