ResponsibilitiesLead the Business Excellence Roadmap: Define and evolve a strategic roadmap that aligns with Autodesk’s KPIs and delivers measurable impact across customer satisfaction, adoption, and revenueStreamline Learning Operations: Architect and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency across global learning product linesPartner Across the Business: Collaborate with Product, GTM, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to align operational initiatives with business goalsDrive Change at Scale: Lead global change management programs that embed new tools, processes, and behaviors across teamsOversee Execution & Risk Management: Manage cross-functional projects, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiativesMentor & Build Talent: Lead a high-performing team of project managers, fostering leadership growth and execution excellenceDeliver Executive Insights: Translate operational data into strategic recommendations for senior leadershipBuild Scalable Frameworks: Design repeatable execution models that work across regions, product lines, and customer segmentsChampion Innovation: Pilot emerging technologies and methodologies that enhance learning and operational performanceMinimum QualificationsA bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or equivalent relevant work experience6+ years in business excellence or operational leadership roles, including 2+ years of people management experienceProven success in process improvement, project coordination, and AI automationStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilitiesExperience in the learning and development industry is a plusPMP or similar project management certification is a plusLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $143,000 and $231,220. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
