Job Requisition ID #25WD92264Position OverviewAI Automation Lead will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, database management, and automation for learning. This role involves developing and implementing AI techniques to create learning templates, customize and train generative pre-trained transformers (GPTs) for scalable content development, and enhance team functionalities through automation.*This is a remote position. ResponsibilitiesDesign and build learning templates that streamline training processes and improve efficiencyCustomize and train GPT models to generate high-quality scalable content, ensuring alignment with company standards and requirementsUtilize AI to automate repetitive tasks and processes, increasing overall team efficiency and outputWork closely with cross-functional teams including learning experience design, service line/design, and content creation to ensure seamless integration of AI solutionsStay updated with the latest advancements in AI and apply innovative techniques to improve existing processes and develop new solutionsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of AI-driven automation on team functions and business goalsEnsure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and comply with relevant regulations and company policiesBuild and maintain a learning taxonomy database to improve team operations and productionMentor and coach team members in the adoption of AI methodologies to improve productivity overall Minimum QualificationsA bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, HCI, Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, automation, or related roles.Proven experience customizing and fine-tuning GPT or other large language models for enterprise useHands-on experience with automation frameworks and workflow optimizationStrong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI modelsExperience with taxonomy work and JavaScript for Airtable scriptingFamiliarity with API integrations and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable etc.)Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modelingStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional workAbility to mentor and upskill team members in AI-driven processesThe Ideal CandidateAnalytical advisor role that requires understanding of the theories and concepts of a discipline and the ability to apply best practicesA common career stabilization point (AKA the “full-contributor” level) for Professional rolesRequire knowledge and experience such that the incumbent can understand the full range of relevant principles, practices, and practical applications within their disciplineSolve complex problems of diverse scope by taking a new perspective on existing solutions and applying knowledge of best practices in practical situationsUse data analysis, judgment, and interpretation to select the right course of actionApply creativity in recommending variations in approach“Connect the dots” of assignments to the bigger pictureMay lead projects or key elements within a broader projectMay also have accountability for leading and improving on-going processesBuild effective relationships with more senior practitioners and peers, and build a network of external peersWork independently, with close guidance given at critical pointsMay begin to act as a mentor or resource for colleagues with less experienceLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $80,300 and $117,810. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
