The Senior Tax Analyst primary responsibilities are global tax compliance and tax accounting. Candidates MUST be located in Austin, TX. Essential DutiesPrepare quarterly and annual tax accounting workpapers for the US GAAP income tax provision. This includes assisting with valuation allowance analysis, uncertain tax positions, and tax account proofs with a clear audit trial and evidence.Coordinate with tax providers and review statutory tax provisions Prepare detailed workpapers to support U.S. federal and state income tax compliancePrepare estimated tax calculations and payment processing across US & international jurisdictions Drive process improvement and automation opportunities in OneSource tax softwareAssist with resolving federal and state tax notices and auditsAssists in researching and gathering information for various global tax law updatesPerform other related projects as business needs require at direction of managementMinimum QualificationsCertified Public AccountantBachelor's or Master's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience preferredPreferred experience with income taxes and tax accountingPreferred experience with OneSource Income Tax and OneSource Tax ProvisionBenefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation.
