Job Requisition ID #25WD87563Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven operations and systems leader to oversee and lead our People & Places (PPL) global HRIS, Transaction Hub, and Regional Operations across the APAC region. This leadership role is integral to shaping the future of People Services by ensuring the delivery of efficient and scalable HR operations while driving a seamless employee experience.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with an operational mindset, skilled in managing high-performing teams, overseeing complex HR systems, and driving continuous improvement across HR processes. A deep understanding of the diverse HR landscape in the APAC region is essential. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will support the growth and transformation of HR services in the region and systems globally.ResponsibilitiesRegional Operations Leadership: Oversee all aspects of HR operations across the APAC region, including Global Transaction Hub management, HRIS optimization, and regional HR service deliveryHRIS Strategy and Implementation: Drive the continuous enhancement of the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure it supports global policies, integrates with other systems, and enables data-driven decision-making. Provide strategic oversight of the People Data & Systems team to align with HRIS goals and drive improvements in data infrastructureGlobal Transaction Hub Oversight: Lead the development and management of our Global Transaction Hub. Ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery for transactional HR activities across multiple countriesRegional People Services Management: Manage the APAC HR service delivery team, ensuring consistent execution of processes and promoting innovation and efficiency in HR operationsStrategic Leadership and Execution: Balance strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver initiatives that align with regional and global business objectivesStakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align People Services strategies with organizational prioritiesProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and scale HR operations using technology, artificial intelligence, and automation toolsEmployee Experience: Champion a seamless, high-quality employee experience by optimizing HR service delivery and standardizing employee transactionsChange Management: Lead change management initiatives within the APAC region, including system upgrades, organizational changes, and process transformations. Oversee global system changes to ensure alignment with strategic goals and enhance operational efficiencyCompliance and Risk Management: Ensure regional operations and HRIS practices comply with local labor laws, regional policies, and global standards. Maintain rigorous data protection, privacy, and SOX complianceMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, including transactional services, HRIS, and regional service deliveryProven ability to lead global or regional teams in fast-paced, complex environmentsStrong understanding of systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, with experience in HR technology optimizationHands-on experience managing centralized service models, such as a Global Transaction HubDemonstrated success in driving process improvements, automation, and scalable HR solutionsSkilled in leading change initiatives, including system implementations and organizational transformationsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teamsData-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics to inform strategic decisionsComfortable working in culturally diverse, global environments, with strong knowledge of APAC HR dynamicsAdvanced degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
