This includes billing, payment records, reconciliations, and dispute management.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAct as the finance contact for all Amazon-related transactionsAccounts Receivables AmazonAmazon billing processAmazon Dispute ManagementFinance DRI for Amazon Vendor CentralMonitor potential over-deductions by AmazonAmazon AR clearing and reconciliationAmazon Sales Rebates clearingsAccounts Receivables support during absence of AR colleagueContinuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiencyCreate new customers in SAP/FI and update price changes as necessaryOther duties as assigned.Pre-Requisites :At least 2 years of professional experience in a finance roleStrong analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAdvanced Excel knowledge and experience with SAP/FI are preferredSelf-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethicFormer Amazon Dispute Manager preferredOn-site presence requiredExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalAbility to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentA team player who is able to collaborate effectively with colleaguesAre you game?
