We're in this together, sustaining the future of our customers, our company, and our planet.Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.eBay Japanが運営するオンラインショッピングモールQoo10の初オフライン旗艦店事業において、事業部長を支え、現場オペレーションとプロジェクト推進をリードするリーダーポジションです。オンライン・オフラインを融合したOMO体験を実現するため、各チームメンバーをまとめながら戦略の実行・現場運営を主導します。 職務内容店舗運営・実行推進事業戦略を、現場レベルに落とし込み、計画実行をリード店舗オペレーション（販売、接客、VMD、在庫管理）の最適化 チームマネジメント店舗スタッフ（販売員、運営担当者など）の指導・育成・評価目標KPIを設定し、チームでの達成を推進部署間の調整役として、課題解決を先導 マーケティング・顧客体験オンライン事業部と連携し、OMO型施策（会員連携、イベント、キャンペーン）を推進顧客の声を収集・分析し、サービス改善提案を部長へフィードバックSNSや店舗イベントを活用した集客・販促活動の企画運営 外部連携・パートナー対応取引先ブランドや仕入れ先との日常的な調整・交渉各ブランド社と連携しながら新規ブランド導入や販促施策を実行 数値管理店舗売上・在庫・費用の進捗管理予算計画に基づき、効率的な運営を実行成果レポートを部長に報告し改善アクションを提案 応募必須要件小売業界でのマネジメント経験（5年以上）チームリーダーまたは店長として10名程度の人材管理経験売上やKPI達成に責任を持った経験コスメ領域での業務経験オフラインコスメ問屋さんとの取引経験四年制大学卒業以上 歓迎要件旗艦店・大型店舗での運営経験ECと連携した店舗施策（OMO）の実行経験韓国ブランドや海外取引先との調整経験ビジネスレベルの英語または韓国語力Please see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
