Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.  Role Summary Rivian is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sr. Analyst, Sales Strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis, sales program analysis, and sales execution as well as excellent stakeholder management skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of sustainable transportation by supporting the development of sales targets & performance monitoring and execution of digital sales programs for Rivian's electric vehicles and related products and services. Responsibilities Inform and validate sales target through secondary research gauging market size and product performance Operate & manage the ongoing development of sales performance measurement tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, and Jupiter Notebook. Produce & own reporting of sales performance throughout the business Prepare and validate data used for customer communications on topics such as delivery timing, order management, demand activation, and customer retention Inform digital strategies used to shape demand to desired product & variant mix Engage in sales program operations to manage suite of sales levers encompassing both internal and external demand Develop and execute internal & external sales program capability Support efficient progression of vehicles from build to customer delivery Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic or data-driven role, with experience in market analysis, sales program analysis, or sales execution strategy Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Excellent project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to effectively prioritize workstreams with competing deadlines Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders   Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants : [ $130,000 - $150,000 ] (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
