Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior People Systems [Workday] Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and troubleshooting our company's Workday system. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Workday, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across various departments.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a Workday subject matter expert to configure and maintain Workday system based on business requirements.
Analyse data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Identify areas for system improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
Troubleshoot issues and provide support to end-users with exceptional customer service.
Maintain system documentation by leveraging project mannmagement and change management.
Participate in testing and deployment of system upgrades and enhancements.
Stay up to date with Workday best practices and industry trends.
Partner with cross functional partners to provide input into new processes, prioritise projects/enhancements, map business processes, implement creative and effective solutions.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
Partner with the People Insights team to ensure data is complete, accurate and appropriately mapped for reports, dashboards, and downstream reporting systems.
Collaborate with the People Team, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday across the organisation including integration requirements, data integrity and testing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years functional and technical HRIS design, configuration, and administration experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday administration and configuration
Willingness and passion to learn additional Workday modules including Payroll, Time and Attendance, Absence Management and Benefits
General knowledge of HR functional areas and workflows
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
