Develop lab setups and test protocols for camera calibration and image quality evaluation. Drive image quality optimization by working with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Innovate new technologies for optimizing ISP performance for machine perception. Responsibilities Design and execute camera image signal processor tuning plans for ADAS cameras. Develop lab setups and test protocols for camera calibration and image quality evaluation. Drive image quality optimization by working with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Innovate new technologies for optimizing ISP performance for machine perception. Qualifications Required: BS or higher degree in Imaging Sciences, Color Sciences, Optics or related fields. 8-10+ years of work experience on IQ and ISP tuning. In-depth knowledge of ISP algorithms and tuning parameters. Experience in performing ISP tuning for production cameras. Familiarity with camera components and functions. Hands-on experience with camera image quality measurement. Desirable : Understanding of automotive requirements. Understanding of AI driven requirements of vision. Proficient in Python programming. Experience working on high volume products. Ability to work under time pressure. Enjoy working with people. Be an innovative problem solver. Have a fine eye for detail, yet the ability to ‘zoom out’ and see the big picture. Be a strong and effective communicator. Be able to work independently, under your own initiative. Salary Range for California-Based Applicants: $205,000 - $236,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, and other factors permitted by law).
