Job Requisition ID #25WD91993Position Overview The Global Channel Programs Manager for India and ASEAN is responsible for the implementation, execution, and communication of both short- and long-term channel programs. This role supports regional and global goals by driving channel transformation, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across diverse markets. As an ASEAN and India Partner Program Manager, this role will work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive increased partner engagement and revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesProgram Execution: Lead the rollout and management of channel programs, including partner reward programs, contractual activities, and regional programs aligned with global strategies, ensuring seamless execution across India and ASEANProgram Management: Manage the end-to-end process from regional requirements to communication, implementation, and ongoing support (including approval and governance). Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and maintain clear and effective communication with partners and internal stakeholdersStakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams, and partners to ensure program successStrategic Alignment: Translate global channel objectives into regional action plans, adapting frameworks to local market dynamicsOperational Excellence: Manage daily operations with precision, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and timely delivery of program milestonesCommunication: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on channel frameworks, delivering clear, accurate, and professional communication to internal and external stakeholdersPerformance Monitoring: Monitor program progress and performance using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and ensure program milestones are metGovernment Program & Deal Registration Oversight: Coordinate government expertise, Due Diligence process, Specializations, and incentive eligibilityMinimum QualificationsDeep knowledge of Channel Frameworks, including specialization structures, incentive models, and partner tieringProven ability to manage multi-regions; Experience working with other regions or global teamsStrong leadership and critical thinking skills to guide cross-functional teams and resolve complex issuesExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesFamiliarity with compliance dashboards, partner KPIs, and performance improvement plansProven work experience in program planning & execution in the IT industryProject management skills (incl. managing project team members)Good Business acumenDetail-oriented personTeam player with great passionRole Specific SkillsYou have the ability to:Manage Programs: Expertise in managing partner programs on daily basis for programs in place as well as managing rollout of new or revised programs. This includes briefings, contractual communications, exceptions management and detailed rollout plans, and ensuring adherence to timelines and objectivesMitigate Risk: Demonstrated ability to proactively address issues and challenges that may negatively impact program outcomesAnalyze Data: Strong ability to analyze and track KPIs to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvementManage Resources: Ability to manage program resources effectively and ensure on-time delivery within budgetApply ASEAN and India Regional Knowledge: Knowledge of the ASEAN and India market including cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and business practices specific to those regionsPreferred Qualifications7+ years of experience in program management, project management, change management, or a related role within the SaaS industryBachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related fieldThe Ideal Candidate At Autodesk, we value the soft skills you bring to the table just as much as your technical prowess.
