What You’ll BringProven experience (5+ years required) in Learning & Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a similar people enablement role.Experience leading regional and global learning programs in matrixed or high-growth organizations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence across levels and collaborate effectively with global teams and diverse stakeholders.Solid experience in designing and delivering modern, scalable learning using LMS, LXPs, and/or AI tools.
