Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. We have deep expertise in data center networking, firewalls, and load balancing and we’d love to speak with you if you bring solid experience in F5, A10, Palo Alto, and Cisco routing and switching.About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and AccomplishmentsAt least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level infrastructure and network environmentsAt least 5 years of experience with F5 and A10 load balancers and Web Application Firewalls (WAF)At least 5 years of experience with Palo Alto firewallsAt least 5 years of experience with Cisco routing and switching, including routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldIt would be great if you also had...Experience supporting on-prem data centersExperience with F5 migration projectsA relevant certification (e.g., CCNA, F5-CTS, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE)What will you be doing in this role?Troubleshooting and resolving complex 2nd and 3rd-level support issues, primarily within the data center and networking spaceOwning and executing project-based work such as infrastructure upgrades, hardware deployments, and F5 migrationsActing as a key escalation point for incident tickets related to networking, load balancing, and firewall issuesSupporting and maintaining core data center infrastructure including LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and internal core routingIntegrate new standards, specifications, and technologies into existing processes and methodologies. Support technology and software development teams and end users with server related questions and issues. About the TeamOur Infrastructure Operations team is a highly cross-functional group that supports the foundational technologies enabling all internal IT and enterprise systems. While the focus of this role is on on-premises data center infrastructure, you’ll collaborate with adjacent teams including cloud, application, security, and enterprise support.The team manages networking across remote offices and centralized data centers — including edge networks, firewalls, load balancers, and internal LAN/WAN connectivity.
